Milly Alcock Flaunts Custom Chanel x Supergirl Sweater in Eye-Catching CinemaCon Appearance
Milly Alcock made a strong fashion statement at CinemaCon, appearing in a custom Chanel outfit that blends luxury design with superhero inspiration. The look comes as she prepares for her upcoming role as Supergirl in the DC Universe, according to entertainment coverage from the event.
The outfit featured a bright royal blue Chanel sweater with a bold crest on the chest. The design reworked the classic superhero shield into a fashion piece, replacing the usual symbol with Chanel’s interlocking “CC” logo in red and yellow. The result gave the knitwear a mix of comic book energy and high-end fashion identity.
She paired the sweater with relaxed, light-wash wide-leg jeans, giving the look a casual balance against the structured top. Black and cream pointed-toe heels added a more polished finish, tying the outfit back to Chanel’s signature style.
Her hair was styled simply, with soft blonde strands framing her face. A small circular tattoo on her inner arm was also visible, adding a subtle personal detail to the appearance.
According to reports from the event, the outfit is a nod to her upcoming role in “Supergirl.” The film marks her transition from earlier breakout roles into one of the most high-profile superhero characters in the DC lineup.
Alcock first gained major attention for her role as young Rhaenyra Targaryen in “House of the Dragon,” where her performance helped shape the early success of the series. Since then, she has moved into larger international projects and now steps into the world of superhero films.
Speaking in past interviews, Alcock has been open about the pressure of rapid fame and taking on major roles early in her career. She once said, “I was so s***-scared that my life was over at 22,” reflecting on the uncertainty she felt after her breakout success. She later added, “And, of course, it wasn’t.”
She also spoke about joining the DC project, saying, “I kind of bullied myself into it,” explaining that she pushed herself to take on the role despite hesitation. She described the opportunity as too exciting to turn down.
DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has publicly supported her casting, saying in one statement, “Milly Alcock might be the best bit of casting I’ve done in my entire life.” He has also noted that her version of Supergirl will feel different from earlier portrayals.

The upcoming film is expected to follow a more grounded and emotional storyline, based on the comic series “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.” It is scheduled for release this summer and will see Alcock take on a central role in the expanding DC film universe.
Beyond superhero films, Alcock is also working on smaller projects, including upcoming dark comedy roles, showing her interest in balancing blockbuster work with more experimental acting choices.
Her CinemaCon appearance highlights that transition clearly, mixing high fashion with her new identity as one of DC’s rising leads.
