Final ‘Jackass’ Movie Revealed: First Look at Johnny Knoxville and Crew’s Last Wild Ride
The final chapter of the long-running Jackass series is on the way, and new details give a clear idea of what fans can expect. The upcoming film Jackass: Best and Last will bring the group back together one more time, mixing extreme stunts with a more emotional tone.
The movie includes returning stars like Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O, along with the rest of the team. This time, the cast also works with a humanoid robot named Larry. One of the scenes involves Steve-O taking part in a strange medical-style stunt with the robot, which quickly became one of the most talked-about moments.
The idea for that scene came from a robotics company that worked with the production. They suggested a shocking concept, and the team decided to use it in the film. Director Jeff Tremaine explained that the robot had already been trained for similar tasks, but the way it performs them made the situation more intense.

The film also features large-scale stunts. One explosion scene caused confusion in California when people nearby thought it was a real emergency. Knoxville later explained what happened and praised the work of the crew. “That’s our special effects guy, Elia [Popov], just really showing off… He loves to blow s— up… we were all kind of shocked.”
Even with all the chaos and humor, the film has a more serious side. Knoxville shared that filming the final scenes was emotional for him. “It actually is emotional,” he said. “That really lands, this being the last film… I mean, the last day of filming I cried, like, four times.”
The movie continues the style that made the franchise popular since its early days on MTV and later films like Jackass Forever. It includes new stunts, including a very intense escape room challenge, showing that the group is still pushing limits even in their final outing.
The film is set to release in theaters on June 26.
This looks like a strong way to end the series. It keeps the same wild energy but also shows that the cast understands this is the end of an era. The mix of humor and real emotion could make it stand out from earlier films. Still, not everyone may enjoy how far some of the stunts go. What do you think about this final movie?
