His downfall began after a brutal attack left his brother dead, and Duke’s violent response to that tragedy landed him in a United States prison for eight years.

With three episodes now behind it, the show has established Duke’s return from that eight year prison sentence and his growing conflict with former promoter Kingsley Marshall, all while introducing the London criminal network standing between him and the man he holds responsible for his brother’s death. After his release, Duke returns to London convinced that Marshall orchestrated the tragedy that destroyed his life, but Marshall has disappeared, forcing Duke to work his way into the Marshall family’s criminal empire in search of answers.

Episode 3, titled “No Innocents,” aired on Friday, August 14, and saw Duke drawn in deeper than he ever could have imagined as he turned up the heat on the Marshalls. That escalation sets the stage for episode 4, where Duke’s cover appears likely to face its most serious test yet.
