‘A Love Other Than Yours’ Episode 3 Release Date, Time, Preview & Where to Watch

KBS2’s newest romance offering has wasted no time making its mark on this fall’s crowded K-drama lineup. ‘A Love Other Than Yours’ kicked off its run with a premiere that immediately upended the comfortable, decade-long relationship at its center, leaving fans eager to see where the story goes from here.

Starring Seo Kang-joon and Ahn Eun-jin as a couple who met as children and have now been dating for ten years, the series has built its entire premise around a deceptively simple question: is staying together really an act of love, or just the comfort of habit? That question exploded into the open in the very first episode, when Mi-do discovered a video of Namgoong Ho admitting to friends that he no longer feels the spark he once did.

Now, with two episodes already behind it, the drama’s third installment is set to arrive on Saturday, September 19, continuing the show’s regular weekend broadcast slot at 9:20 p.m. KST on KBS2. That schedule places ‘A Love Other Than Yours’ squarely in the traditional two-episodes-a-weekend format favored by many Korean broadcast dramas, with new episodes landing every Saturday and Sunday through late October.

For international audiences, catching up won’t require navigating Korean broadcast times directly, since Amazon Prime Video is streaming the series in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Domestic viewers in Korea also have the option of streaming through Wavve alongside the KBS2 broadcast, giving the show a genuinely global simultaneous release strategy.

Behind the camera, the series is helmed by director duo Hwang Seung-gi, known for previous hits like ‘The Matchmakers,’ ‘Into the Ring,’ and ‘Radio Romance,’ working alongside co-director Lee Ga-ram. Writer Yoo Su-ji, who previously penned ‘Somehow 18,’ rounds out the creative team steering the show’s grounded approach to modern relationship struggles.

With the central couple’s decade-long relationship already fractured heading into the show’s next chapter, much of the ongoing tension centers on the two new figures who’ve entered their lives. Lee Joo-ahn plays Han Tae-seung, the sharp-edged attorney originally sent to deliver Mi-do’s dismissal settlement, whose icy first impression has already begun softening into genuine interest as the two keep crossing paths.

On the other side of the story, Jo Aram’s Park Soo-ah continues to occupy space in Namgoong Ho’s daily life at Hunmin Confectionery, where her blunt honesty and refusal to worry about how others perceive her have already started to shake up his previously steady worldview. Neither new arrival is framed as a simple homewrecker, with the show instead using both characters to force Ho and Mi-do to reckon with parts of themselves the relationship had quietly stopped nurturing.

Ratings-wise, the series opened modestly, with its premiere pulling in a 2.6 percent nationwide audience share, good enough to rank nineteenth among broadcasts that day. Given how quickly the drama upended its central relationship right out of the gate, there’s reasonable expectation that word-of-mouth could help those numbers climb as the emotional stakes continue rising heading into episode three and beyond.

With 14 episodes total mapped out through an October 25 finale, ‘A Love Other Than Yours’ still has plenty of runway to explore how Ho and Mi-do’s decade together collides with the unfamiliar feelings stirred up by Tae-seung and Soo-ah. Whether the show ultimately steers its central couple back together or apart remains very much an open question as the weekend broadcast schedule continues.
