Alfallah shared it herself on Instagram and captioned it by describing the two as Roman’s parents, along with a red heart. In an October 2024 interview with People, Pacino said he wasn’t in a relationship and described what he has as a friendship. His representative added that he and Alfallah are very good friends and co-parents to their son.
Alfallah has echoed that tone. In October 2025, she told TMZ that she and Pacino see each other every day to co-parent, and she also said she’d love to work with him on any movie. According to the New York Post’s account of that exchange, she did not directly confirm a romantic reconciliation when asked.
There are professional ties too. Alfallah produced ‘Dead Man’s Wire’, which stars Pacino, so their shared history extends beyond parenting. Earlier this year, Pacino also turned up at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘I Live Here Now’ in March, posing with all 3 of his adult children in support of the film’s director.
Some coverage has treated the latest image as another data point in an ongoing will-they-or-won’t-they narrative. Comic Basics noted that neither Pacino nor Alfallah seems interested in resolving the question publicly. The caption certainly leans on their shared parenting bond, without saying anything about their romantic status.
