The reach is huge. The post had passed 731,500 views at the time of the screenshot, with roughly 5,300 likes, 189 reposts, 727 bookmarks, and 120 replies. That level of engagement has pushed the story into other outlets, including Comic Basics, which covered the viral reaction.
It’s worth separating what is documented from what is being claimed. Lima did tell People in April 2023 that she struggled to accept her postpartum body, calling it a transitional body and saying she reminds herself daily to practice acceptance. Nothing in the coverage gathered here confirms that she took a year offline or followed a 7-day training routine.
That matters because the post turns a complicated story into a tidy redemption arc. In her own words at the time, Lima framed the situation around acceptance and the reality of life with a big family, not around beating her critics. Her 2023 response was a plain, unfiltered selfie, not a before-and-after reveal.
