‘Off Campus’ Star Mika Abdalla Makes Her Paris Fashion Week Debut on L’oréal’s Eiffel Tower Runway
Few fashion events feel as festive as L’Oréal Paris’s annual Le Défilé, and this year it doubled as the stage for Mika Abdalla’s Paris Fashion Week debut. The public runway show is staged under the Eiffel Tower and billed by the brand as a celebration of women’s empowerment, inclusivity, freedom, confidence, and sisterhood.
This year’s 9th edition took place on Monday, September 28, at Place Joffre, under the theme “Express Your Worth.” The show officially opened Paris Fashion Week, which runs until October 6, and was livestreamed worldwide on Instagram, TikTok and L’Oréal Paris’s digital platforms.
Among a lineup stacked with generations of brand ambassadors, the ‘Off Campus’ actress stepped onto the runway for the very first time. Abdalla joined the international lineup alongside fellow actor Jacob Rott.
For her runway walk, she reportedly chose understated glamour in an ivory satin gown that skimmed her silhouette. She kept the jewelry minimal with dainty earrings and a few statement rings, and left her long brunette hair loose in voluminous, center-parted waves.
A short clip from the event, shared by Cinethology, captures her beaming as she strides forward in a more relaxed look. She pairs a sheer black lace robe and matching lace top with light-wash jeans, her signature waves bouncing as she walks.

Abdalla was in seriously star-studded company. Kendall Jenner, Heidi Klum and Jane Fonda walked for the brand, as did Kristen Bell, Viola Davis, Cara Delevingne, Anitta, Simone Ashley, Andie MacDowell and Eva Longoria.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and skier Lindsey Vonn were also part of the show, making it a mix of film, fashion and sport that reflects L’Oréal’s global reach. For the brand, adding a fresh face to that lineup of established ambassadors helps keep the event feeling current.
Abdalla’s rise has been swift. She first became known for the Netflix series ‘Project Mc²’ before landing the role of Allie Hayes in Prime Video’s ‘Off Campus’, based on Elle Kennedy’s novel series. That show turned into a major hit after premiering on May 13. It reached 36 million viewers in its first 12 days, making it the 3rd most-watched series launch in Prime Video’s history.

Interestingly, Abdalla originally auditioned for the role of Hannah before being cast as Allie. That twist of fate has paid off, as her bubbly, larger-than-life character quickly became a fan favorite. The Paris moment arrives just as her biggest storyline is about to begin. Prime Video confirmed that Season 2 will adapt ‘The Score’, the 3rd book in Kennedy’s series, with Allie and Stephen Kalyn’s Dean Di Laurentis taking over as the main couple.
The season has officially wrapped filming, but episodes aren’t expected until sometime in 2027. Returning cast members include Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, Antonio Cipriano, and Jalen Thomas Brooks, while newcomers Phillipa Soo and India Fowler join the ensemble.
Beyond ‘Off Campus’, her next film or TV role after Season 2 hasn’t been announced. However, she does have a short film on the way called ‘In the Flesh’, directed by Armen Antranikian, which follows a couple whose relationship begins to crack after they open it up.

Speaking to Vogue India earlier this month, Abdalla revealed she hopes to do more behind-the-scenes work, including producing, writing or directing. Her trip to Paris also made headlines when she was spotted with ‘Off Campus’ co-star Josh Heuston during a romantic evening in the city. With her first Paris runway behind her, it’s clear that opportunities are multiplying for Abdalla, and she looks more than ready to take them on.
