It has been a busy stretch for Claudia Doumit, the Australian actress born in Sydney who spent years playing the corrupt Victoria Neuman in Prime Video’s ‘The Boys’. With a new streaming release and a major sci-fi role on the horizon, this autumn is shaping up to be very much her season.

Doumit’s run on the satirical superhero series started with a recurring role in season 2 before she joined the main cast for seasons 3 and 4, appearing in 18 episodes. Her Vice-Presidential candidate quickly became a fan favorite, and one of her plot twists was described as possibly the wildest thing the show had ever done.

Now the actress is showing a much softer side. On October 2, The Bare Magazine published a feature on Doumit titled “no words,” a visual diary meant to show off how rad the Aussie talent is, and photos from the shoot are already circulating on social media.

The shoot took place at Bare’s studio in Brooklyn, and Doumit wore her own clothes rather than styled looks. Tina Turnbow handled photography and makeup, while Mary Zavaglia did hair.

The 2 frames shared by Cinethology on X show the actress in an oversized white shirt against a pale backdrop. In one, she runs her hands through her tousled hair, and in the other she rests her face in her palms with a faraway look, a relaxed and moody contrast to the calculating energy she brought to Neuman.

The magazine was clearly charmed by its subject. The outlet said she is just as captivating in person as she is on screen, calling her genuine, witty, and down-to-earth, and noted she was eager to collaborate, even doing some high jumps on the rooftop.

The feature arrives right alongside ‘Soulm8te’, which began streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ on October 1 as part of this year’s Huluween programming. Directed by Kate Dolan, with James Wan and Jason Blum producing, the film also stars Lily Sullivan, David Rysdahl and Arty Froushan.

The story follows a grieving engineer testing a tech giant’s new AI android, but once he tries to make her a truly sentient soulmate, she develops needs of her own. Doumit plays Aubrey Mansouri, a colleague of the engineer with whom he shares a flirtatious relationship.

The thriller took a bumpy road to audiences. Originally planned as a spinoff for a January 2026 release, it was pulled from Universal’s calendar after the underwhelming reception of ‘M3GAN 2.0’, and it landed on digital and VOD on August 1 instead. The Bare Magazine also pointed fans toward the upcoming second season of ‘3 Body Problem’, which is set to premiere on Netflix soon.

Doumit joins the sci-fi drama from David Benioff, D.B. Weiss and Alexander Woo as a series regular, playing Captain Van Rijn. Netflix confirmed that seasons 2 and 3 will be the show’s last, with production moving from the UK to Hungary so both could be filmed back-to-back.

Details about her character remain scarce, though the second book in the trilogy reportedly features a starship fleet, which would explain why Doumit is playing a captain. Before all that, Doumit built an impressive résumé, playing time traveler Jiya on NBC’s ‘Timeless’ and appearing in ‘Where’d You Go, Bernadette’ alongside Cate Blanchett.

She was also the first playable female protagonist in the ‘Call of Duty’ Modern Warfare franchise, which shows how far her range stretches beyond prestige TV. With a streaming thriller, an epic sci-fi saga, and a striking editorial all arriving at once, the post-‘The Boys’ chapter of Claudia Doumit’s career is looking anything but quiet.
