‘All’s Fair’ Star Kim Kardashian (45) Finally Makes Peace With Martin Brundle After Angering F1 Fans in Monaco
Kim Kardashian has become a familiar face in the Formula 1 paddock this year. The reality star has been dating seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton since early 2026, and she has made several high-profile trips to cheer on the Ferrari driver.
Her first paddock appearance came at the Monaco Grand Prix in June, but it didn’t go entirely to plan. Veteran Sky Sports commentator Martin Brundle approached Kardashian and her sister Khloé during his famous pre-race grid walk, and the encounter quickly turned awkward when Kim appeared unsure whether to talk to him, offering only a nervous wave.
The clip went viral almost instantly. Many F1 fans branded Kardashian rude for brushing off one of the sport’s most beloved broadcasters, while others defended her, suggesting she may simply not have heard him amid the chaos on the grid.
Brundle’s grid walk is one of the most cherished traditions in Formula 1, and recent viral run-ins have turned him into something of a cult icon among newer fans. That made the perceived snub sting all the more for longtime viewers.
Months later, the pair finally got their redo. On Sunday, October 11, Kardashian was back on the grid at Marina Bay to support Hamilton at the Singapore Grand Prix, and this time, she was ready when Brundle approached.

Kardashian addressed the awkward history head-on with a laugh. “Did I not know the rules? Did we get off on the wrong foot?” she joked during the Sky Sports grid walk. Brundle quickly put her at ease. “No, it’s absolutely fine. It’s great to have you here, Kim, at this Grand Prix,” he replied, before asking for her thoughts on the sport.
Kardashian was full of enthusiasm. “I think it’s amazing, and fun, and wild, and something I’ve never seen before,” she said. The friendly exchange quickly made the rounds online. Many fans joked that the F1 community had successfully taught Kardashian proper grid walk etiquette, noting that she had clearly gotten the memo.

According to one report, the meeting wasn’t left to chance. A source claimed Kardashian’s team reached out to Sky Sports ahead of the race to make sure she could take part in Brundle’s grid walk after the backlash she faced in Monaco.
Kardashian’s Singapore trip has been eventful. On Saturday, she was spotted in the back of the Ferrari garage as Hamilton jumped from sixth to second place in a rain-affected Sprint race.
She also stepped out for a separate evening event in a pastel floral dress featuring a high collar and delicate embroidery, continuing a weekend full of standout looks. Earlier in the weekend, she turned heads in the paddock in a sheer pale pink halter maxi dress.

Unfortunately, the Grand Prix itself didn’t end the way Kardashian or Hamilton had hoped. The Ferrari star started the race in third, but a strategy call didn’t pay off, and George Russell ultimately claimed victory.
Still, the weekend gave Kardashian a chance to repair her reputation with F1 fans. For many, her playful self-awareness turned a viral misstep into a feel-good moment. For Brundle, it was simply another memorable entry in a long line of grid walk stories. This time, though, it came with a much happier ending.
With Kardashian increasingly visible in the paddock, fans may see plenty more of her alongside Hamilton. If Singapore is any indication, she’s now fully on board with F1 tradition.
Do you think Kim Kardashian redeemed herself with F1 fans after her friendly chat with Martin Brundle in Singapore?
