Trey Parker and Matt Stone have never shied away from making headlines, and Season 29 has been no exception. Ahead of its return in September, the duo announced that ‘South Park’ would temporarily be renamed ‘South America’, a satirical jab at Apple and Google adopting new place names after Donald Trump’s executive orders.

The rebrand stuck around for the season premiere, “South American Biker Gangs”, which debuted September 16 with an updated theme song, a Trump cameo and a story about the boys taking over the streets on e-bikes. The episode drew 4.2 million viewers, and the follow-up, “Billionaire Weenietown”, set its sights on billionaire data centers.

Now, Comedy Central has released the first teaser for the next episode of ‘South America’. Titled “You Like That On Your Face”, the episode follows Kyle as he tries to help his little brother avoid being cringe after aura battles take over the town.

The short clip shows Kyle standing in the snowy schoolyard holding a football, looking thoroughly unimpressed. Students and classmates gather in the background as the latest playground trend takes hold.

The episode premieres Wednesday, October 14, at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT on Comedy Central. It will stream the next day on Paramount+. The premise has already sparked excitement online. Many fans have pointed out that it has been a long time since the show centered an episode on Kyle and Ike’s relationship.

The official teaser quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views. Viewers are eager to see how the show tackles the internet-driven world of aura battles and being mogged. The episode will be the third of Season 29 and the 334th episode of the series overall. Fans can expect the show’s signature mix of absurd humor and sharp commentary on current trends.

Season 29 is airing on a biweekly schedule. After “You Like That On Your Face”, new episodes are set to arrive on October 28, November 11, and November 25. There’s another treat for fans on October 14 as well. ‘Beavis and Butt-Head’ returns that night, airing right after the new episode.

The show’s latest era has been a major success. It won its fifth Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmys after smashing its own ratings records last season.

It also became the first animated series included in the Television Academy Honors. The Producers Guild Awards likewise recognized it as the first animated show in its best episodic comedy category.

From e-bike gangs to billionaire tech, Season 29 has continued to take aim at both politics and pop culture. Aura battles are the latest internet obsession to get the Parker and Stone treatment.

Whether the ‘South America’ name sticks around for the whole season remains to be seen. Either way, the show seems to be having plenty of fun with it. “You Like That On Your Face” airs Wednesday night on Comedy Central.

For fans of Kyle and Ike, it could be one of the season’s most anticipated episodes. If the teaser is any indication, Kyle has his work cut out for him. Helping a younger sibling survive the latest school trend is never easy, especially in this town.
