Hailey Bieber Shines in a Custom Ferragamo Mini at the Launch of Her Adanola Collection
Hailey Bieber has spent the past few years building a reputation as one of fashion’s most influential tastemakers. Now she’s bringing that influence to activewear through a new collaboration with Adanola, the Manchester-based label behind some of the most popular athleisure pieces of the moment.
Founded in 2015 by Hyrum Cook, Adanola has previously worked with stars including Kendall Jenner, Lila Moss and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The Bieber capsule is reportedly its biggest celebrity collaboration to date, developed over more than a year, and it arrives as the brand expands in the US.
To celebrate, Bieber stepped out in Los Angeles on October 13 for the collection’s launch event. She arrived in a custom Ferragamo halter mini dress, a sparkling look that quickly became one of the week’s most talked-about red carpet moments.
Created with her longtime stylist Dani Michelle specifically for the occasion, the dress paired washed silk with a crystal-embellished net overlay that gave it a sequin-like shimmer. Outlets disagreed on whether it read as beige or gold, depending on the lighting.
Bieber kept the styling sleek and minimal. She wore her hair in a ballerina-style bun, a subtle nod to the collection’s inspiration, and paired the dress with slim black sunglasses, diamond earrings, a glossy lip, and black pointed slingback heels.

Marie Claire described it as a made-for-the-holidays look, noting that the understated accessories let the dress take center stage. The collaboration is a 23-piece capsule that blends activewear with dancewear-inspired knitwear, trousers and accessories. It’s designed to work both in the studio and on the street.
The range draws directly on Bieber’s 12 years of ballet training. It takes cues from the way dancers adapt their rehearsal clothes, rolling up trousers, cropping sweatshirts and turning tights into bolero tops.
Key pieces include a Shawl Knit Bolero, Modal Overlay Trousers, Rib Knit Leg Warmers, a Polar Fleece, a Knit Zip Through Sweatshirt and Gathered Detail Fold Waist Yoga Pants. There’s also a Sling Bag carrying Adanola x Hailey Bieber branding.
The color palette is soft and wearable, featuring neutrals, pastels and vintage blue, with shades like dusty mauve, warm beige, marshmallow white and chalk lilac. Performance-inspired fabrics are mixed with knitwear and softer textiles.
Bieber worked closely with Cook and the Adanola design team on silhouettes, fabrics and colors. She has said she wanted the pieces to move seamlessly from workout wear to streetwear, and that some designs and campaign imagery draw on her years of ballet.
Cook, for his part, has described Bieber as a natural fit for the brand, pointing to her influence on style and culture as well as her genuine connection to movement and wellness.

The campaign was shot in Los Angeles, photographed and directed by Angelo Pennetta with styling by Dani Michelle. Its imagery is inspired by ballet rehearsals and dancers’ off-duty wardrobes, tying the clothes back to Bieber’s personal history.
The collection launched on October 15 on Adanola’s website. Fans have already embraced its “balletcore” take on activewear, which fits neatly with the dance-inspired aesthetic that has dominated fashion in recent years.

The partnership comes at a major moment for Adanola. The brand has reportedly passed £50 million in annual revenue, and in August 2025 it announced a significant minority investment from Los Angeles-based STORY3 Capital Partners that valued the business at about $530 million.
With Bieber’s star power behind it, the capsule could help introduce Adanola to an even wider American audience. If the launch party was any indication, the collaboration is off to a dazzling start.
