A24’s ‘Enemies’, Reportedly Starring Jeremy Allen White and Austin Butler, Finds Its Director According to Rumor

It’s always fun to read some new rumors or leaks when it comes to new and upcoming movies. And while some of these rumors turn out to be complete bogus, others prove to be completely on spot. It all depends on the source.
Daniel Richtman, known as DanielRPK, doesn’t have a spotless record, but he is one of the more reliable and/or popular insiders out there, and in this report, we have a new rumor coming from him.
As he shared via his Patreon, there is some new information about the upcoming crime film Enemies which is allegedly in production at A24, and we are going to reveal more information here.
The movie in question is a crime thriller titled Enemies, a movie that is set to follow a lone contract killer who takes on a new assignment, after which his story clashes with that of a detective. At that moment, the two of them realize that they might be more similar than they initially thought.
Jeremy Allen White and Austin Butler have been offered the main roles, but that is a fact that has been known for some time. Pre-production has apparently started in Chicago not that long ago and the movie will have a $25M budget. Filming is set to take place this summer and should last 30 days.
The big news here is that the movie has seemingly found its director in Henry Dunham, who debuted with the project The Standoff at Sparrow Creek seven years ago. Since then, he hasn’t directed any project. Dunham is also set to write the film as well.
This is all we know at this point and we advise you to take the information we gave you with a grain of salt until something official comes along.
