‘Aliens Vs. Avengers’ Escalates as New Enemies Join the Battle in Issue #3

The Aliens and Avengers crossover is expanding with a new twist. Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic return for ‘Aliens Vs. Avengers,’ adding new factions to the mix. The first two issues have featured surprises like Black Panther’s son and Spider-Man’s new symbiote-Xenomorph suit. In the upcoming ‘Aliens Vs. Avengers’ #3, X-Men villain Mister Sinister is introduced, inspecting an alien creature, hinting at his involvement in the story. Now ComicBook has shared a preview with fans, and boy, do we have a lot of stuff to unpack.
Mister Sinister and his clones are studying a small alien creature. It’s not surprising that Sinister is interested in Alien DNA, but how his plans will unfold in this story remains unclear.
Meanwhile, Miles Morales, Captain Marvel, and Iron Man, who had escaped Earth to avoid the Alien invasion, land on a new planet with futuristic buildings. Iron Man gets a notification about a nearby landmark, and the trio decides to investigate.
They soon encounter a swarm of Xenomorphs and a fierce battle begins. Iron Man and Captain Marvel shoot blasts, while Spider-Man uses his webs to fight. The action is intense, and even Iron Man is nearly overpowered by an Alien, but he manages to regain control by the end of the preview.
While Mister Sinister is the only X-Men character shown in the preview, it’s suggested that the X-Men will play a larger role in the next issue. With many Avengers already fallen, it’s time to see how the X-Men are dealing with the crisis after their brief appearance in issue #1. The full issue will be available on February 19th.
