Bad Bunny is making history again at the Grammys with his latest album, โ€œDebรญ Tirar Mรกs Fotos.โ€ The Puerto Rican starโ€™s sixth studio album has earned a nomination for album of the year, marking his second Spanish-language album to receive a nod in this category after โ€œUn Verano Sin Tiโ€ three years ago.

Adding to the milestone, the albumโ€™s title track, โ€œDtMF,โ€ is up for both song of the year and record of the year. This makes Bad Bunny the first Spanish-language artist to earn nominations across all three major categories in the same year.

The album earned six nominations in total, including best mรบsica urbana album, best global music performance for โ€œEoO,โ€ and best album cover, a new category at the Grammys.

Released on January 5 through Rimas Entertainment, โ€œDebรญ Tirar Mรกs Fotosโ€ follows his previous album, โ€œNadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Maรฑana,โ€ which was nominated for a mรบsica urbana album Grammy.

This latest release is a 17-track record that blends Puerto Rican folk music, known as mรบsica jรญbara, with themes of cultural pride and political resistance. Over the summer, Bad Bunny supported the album with a 31-date residency in Puerto Rico.

Bad Bunny has already won three Grammys, two for mรบsica urbana album and one for Latin pop album, and has earned 10 nominations overall. He is also leading the Latin Grammy nominations this year with 12 nods, including record of the year, album of the year, and song of the year for โ€œDebรญ Tirar Mรกs Fotos.โ€
