‘Baywatch’ Star Busted – Shocking Mugshot Surfaces After Beagle Rescue & Trespassing Arrest
Baywatch star Alexandra Paul has been arrested after taking part in a protest at a dog breeding facility in Wisconsin. The 62-year-old actress is accused of trespassing and allegedly helping to remove beagles from Ridglan Farms in Blue Mounds village. Her mugshot, released on Sunday, shows her in a standard blue jail shirt, a far cry from the glamorous image fans remember from her Baywatch days, according to WMTV.
Police say that between 50 and 60 protesters entered the property without permission and began removing several dogs. Paul was one of 20 people arrested at the scene. Authorities seized two vehicles, along with burglary tools and other items, during the operation.

“Some of the beagles taken were recovered and returned to Ridglan Farms, but several beagles remain unaccounted for,” a Dane County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said.
“The Dane County Sheriff’s Office understands how deeply people feel for the beagles at Ridglan Farms, and we respect their right to express that passion through peaceful protests. Our role is to keep everyone safe and to respond when unlawful activity takes place. We encourage anyone with concerns about animal welfare or research practices to engage through lawful and constructive avenues.”
Alexandra Paul is well-known for her animal rights activism and has faced arrests in the past for similar acts of civil disobedience. Wayne Hsiung, co-founder of Direct Action Everywhere, posted video footage of the incident on Instagram, showing activists carrying beagles out of the facility. “Nonviolent activists rescuing beagles from Ridglan’s breeding facility and bringing them to safety,” he wrote. “The remaining beagles still trapped inside cages need our help. Please call the authorities and ask them to take action.” Hsiung was also arrested on trespassing charges during the protest.
Ridglan Farms stated that protesters cut a chain-link fence and a locked gate and attempted to break into several buildings. They reportedly used sledgehammers, electric saws, and crowbars. Last year, the facility agreed to close its operation by July 1, 2026.
