During Queen Beryl and Metallia’s attack on the Silver Millennium, Sailor Neptune, like the other Sailor warriors of the Outer Solar System, Sailor Pluto and Sailor Uranus, is ordered not to intervene. She likes Balgo Park’s dog Osushi and has treats with her to feed him. She likes Japanese culture a lot, to the point of adopting Noel as her first name because it’s a girl’s first name in Japan, and using the theme song from the Dragon Ball anime as her cell phone ringtone.

Minako Aino, aka Sailor Venus or Sailor V, is one of the characters in the anime and manga series Sailor Moon as well as its prequel, Codename: Sailor V. When Minako Aino meets Usagi Tsukino, who is dedicated to fighting evil as the eponymous heroine of Sailor Moon, Minako herself has already been serving as another mysterious vigilante as well, under the alias “Sailor V”. V joins Sailor Moon’s team, however, she adopts the battle name “Sailor Venus”.

As the series progresses, it is discovered that the reason Minako can transform in this way is because she is actually the reincarnation of Sailor Venus, a Sailor Senshi-type warrior who hailed from the planet Venus and protected the princess of an ancient kingdom called the Silver Millennium in her past life.

On the other hand, while in the manga and anime she is only portrayed as a teenager who dreams of becoming a famous singer, in the live-action series version, in contrast, her character was redesigned to already be (from the beginning) a young celebrity. Minako’s character is first introduced in the prequel manga Codename: Sailor V, where she acts as the protagonist.

In this story, Minako’s origins as “Sailor V” and her first adventures with her inseparable companion, the cat Artemis, are told. Sailor V’s plot is generally consistent with the more recent Sailor Moon series but generally, the two stories are considered separately.
