‘Breathless’ Season 2 Trailer Ignites Hype as Netflix’s Hit Hospital Drama Returns

Netflix has released a new trailer for the second season of its Spanish hospital drama, Breathless (Spanish: Respira), ahead of the show’s return on October 31. Created by Carlos Montero, the series follows the intense and dramatic lives of doctors and staff at the Joaquín Sorolla public hospital in Valencia, Spain.

The show features an ensemble cast including Najwa Nimri as Patricia Segura, Aitana Sánchez-Gijón as Pilar Amaro, Blanca Suárez as Jéssica Donoso, Manu Ríos as Biel de Felipe, and Borja Luna as Néstor Moa.

Other supporting cast members include Alfonso Bassave, Ana Rayo, and Macarena de Rueda. The first season, which premiered on Netflix on August 30, 2024, received a 71% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
