Bronzong: Type, Powers, Strengths, Weaknesses, Evolutions, Moves & More

The world of Pokémon has been a growing phenomenon since 1996, when the first pair of video games came out in stores. Pokémon started off as a video game series and although new creatures are primarily introduced in the video games, the anime series has become as popular as the video games. As of December 2021, there are almost 900 individual Pokémon identified by the PokéDex and in this article, we are going to tell you everything you need to know about one of them – Bronzor.

Bronzong is a dual Steel- and Psychic-type Pokémon first introduced in Generation IV of the core game series. It is the final and only evolution of the Generation IV Pokémon Bronzor, from which it evolves by leveling up, starting at Level 33. Bronzong has no Mega Evolution, nor a Gigantamax Form. It is weak to Ghost-, Ground-, Steel-, Fire-, and Dark-type moves, and is super effective against Rock-, Fairy-, Ice-, Fighting-, and Poison-type Pokémon.

In this article, we are going to tell you all the information you’ll need if you want to breed a Bronzong in any of the games. You’ll find out about its type, its powers, its strengths and weaknesses, its evolutions, and its moves. We’re going to focus on both the core games, as well as other popular video games based on the Pokémon franchise.

Type

Bronzong is a dual Steel- and Psychic-type Pokémon that looks like a flying plate. It was first introduced in Generation IV of the video games and holds #437 in the National PokéDex.

Bronzong is a flying, steely Pokémon, which appears predominantly in blue. The eyes are red in color, with a light blue pupil. There is a small mouth with 3 white teeth between the two eyes. The round body is based on a Dōtaku and is adorned with many dark blue decorations. Above its body, Bronzong has a white ring and above it a vertical, half metal ring from which his long, angular arms extend. In its Shiny form, the blue is replaced by green. The eyes turn orange.

Bronzong is a more defensively built Pokémon and uses his strong metal arms when using attacks to massively damage the opponent. This becomes particularly clear with attacks such as Gyro Ball or Feint. However, it can also use its psychic power to attack the opponent from a distance with attacks.

With defensive attacks, such as Iron Defense, Bronzong is also able to skillfully repel attacks by using his powerful arms. It uses portals to other worlds to bring about great downpours, from which people hoped for bountiful harvests.

About 2000 years ago, Bronzong was found during excavations on an old construction site near a crater mountain. From then on, he was worshiped for his strong abilities. The crater mountain is one of the few places where Bronzong settled. It can be found in the Abundant Shrine, because many years ago it helped bring about a rich harvest.

It has lived there since that year because it cannot get away from there because said place can only be reached by surfer and cascade and Bronzong cannot swim because it is a heavy steel Pokémon. Even today you can sometimes find one of them buried underground.
