Cardi B had fans gasping and laughing at her Las Vegas show on Friday night, February 13, when she slipped off a chair mid-performance during her “Little Miss Drama” tour. The mishap happened at the T-Mobile Arena while she was performing her Thotiana remix. The chair slid out from under her, sending the 33-year-old rapper tumbling onto the floor in front of the full crowd.

True to her fearless stage persona, Cardi quickly recovered and kept performing without missing a beat. She even made the moment part of her act, joking to the audience, “That wasn’t me, that was the government!” before finishing her set with her usual high energy. Fans on X were quick to share clips, and Cardi herself made light of the fall, posting, “Can someone put a community note on this? This video is clearly AI.”

Luckily, Cardi appeared unhurt and bounced back effortlessly, showing why she’s known for her resilience and humor. The fall comes after a week of drama on social media. Earlier, she had sparred with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security after joking about “jumping” ICE agents at the tour opener.

DHS fired back with a pointed remark, referencing her past, prompting Cardi to respond sharply. “If we talking about drugs let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to r*** them,” she wrote in a post that gained hundreds of thousands of likes.

This tour is Cardi B’s first major headlining arena tour in six years and supports her 2025 sophomore album, Am I the Drama?. She is performing in over 30 cities across North America, including Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto. Beyond music, Cardi is navigating a busy personal life. She welcomed her fourth child in late 2025.

Cardi is also expanding her work in entertainment. She will appear in a new comedy film later in 2026, which she is also executive producing, and has hinted at a third studio album set for release before the year ends. She told fans in an X Spaces chat that she’s moving into a new era of her career and wants her music to reflect her growth as both a mother and a businesswoman.

Even when falling off chairs or taking on the government online, Cardi B proves she is one of pop culture’s most unpredictable and entertaining figures. Fans couldn’t get enough of the Las Vegas mishap, applauding her quick recovery and humor.
