Catch Up On ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ And ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ In Only 60 Seconds
The newest installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: No Way Home, is now playing exclusively in theaters. And judging by the numbers, the movie already broke all the possible pandemic records.
Whenever a new MCU movie is about to come out, Marvel fans know it’s appropriate time to catch up on everything that happened before for the zillionth time. Some fans are watching the whole MCU, while some are catching up only on movies they need to remember to understand the upcoming film. In Spider-Man’s case, those are essentially the previous two installments – Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home. Okay, there are still three more other MCU movies with Holland, but we’ll keep it at the solo movies for now.
Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon showed up on the recent Instagram post on Marvel Entertainment’s official account. Zendaya gave Tom a simple challenge – try to recap the previous two Spider-Man movies set in the MCU in 60 seconds or less. Did Tom make it? Check in the video below:
Spider-Man: No Way Home premiered in theaters on December 17, and so far it grossed $587 million worldwide, which puts it on a pretty good path to become the highest-grossing American movie of the pandemic era soon. That record is currently being held by No Time To Die that grossed $773 million. Also, two Chinese movies Hi, Mom and The Battle at Lake Changjin grossed $822 million and $902 million, respectively. Could No Way Home become the first movie of the pandemic era to reach a billion-dollar mark?
Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: No Way Home is starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, and Marisa Tomei. The movie plays in theaters now!
