Cobra Kai: Netflix Officially Reveals Season 5 Release Date With The First Teaser

Cobra Kai will return sooner than expected! Today, Netflix officially announced that the fan-favorite series will return on September 9. Netflix also revealed a first teaser trailer, which you can check down below:
Cobra Kai is a martial arts comedy-drama and a sequel to Robert Mark Kamen’s The Karate Kid original films. The show was created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg. The series premiered in May 2018 on YouTube Premium. After the first two seasons, the show was moved to Netflix. Season 3 aired on Netflix on New Year’s Day this year, and Season 4 premiered on December 31, 2021. Netflix renewed the series for Season 5 ahead of the Season 4 release, and we won’t need to wait for another New Year’s Eve for another season.

Season 5 will consist of 10 episodes. The season is starring Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso, William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence, Courtney Henggeler as Amanda LaRusso, Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Jacob Bertrand as Eli “Hawk” Moskowitz, Gianni Decenzo as Demetri Alexopoulos, Peyton List as Tory Nichols, Vanessa Rubio as Carmen Diaz, Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver, and Martin Kove as John Kreese.
