Dakota Johnson Stuns in Lacy Lingerie as Lily Allen’s “Mistress Madeline” in Shock SNL Moment
Dakota Johnson made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live, joining Lily Allen for a dramatic performance of Allen’s new song, “Madeline.” Johnson played the role of the mistress named Madeline and appeared onstage wearing lingerie.
The Fifty Shades of Grey actress was dressed in a sheer, lacy teddy by Bode and a sparkly duster coat. For most of the performance, she stayed partly hidden behind a screen while Allen sang. The song talks about a mistress and the rules of an open relationship that went wrong.

Johnson handled the spoken-word part of the song. As she moved toward Allen onstage, she delivered lines meant to sound calm but direct. “I hate that you’re in so much pain right now. I really don’t wanna be the cause of any upset,” she said.

She went on to explain that she believed the relationship was agreed upon by everyone involved. “He told me that you were aware this was going on and that he had your full consent. If he’s lying about that, then please let me know. Because I have my own feelings about dishonesty,” Johnson continued. “Lies are not something that I wanna get caught up in.”
Before the moment ended, Johnson added, “You can reach out to me any time, by the way. If you need any more details, or you just need to vent, or anything. Love and light, Madeline.” She then kissed Allen on the cheek, drawing a big reaction from the crowd.
The song “Madeline” is about Allen’s estranged husband, actor David Harbour, and problems that came up in their open marriage. Allen sings about how the rules they agreed on were broken.
Later, the real-life woman behind the song was revealed. According to reports, she is Natalie Tippett, a costume designer who met Harbour while working on a film in New Orleans in 2021.
The SNL moment quickly grabbed attention online, with fans calling the performance bold, awkward, and impossible to ignore.
