David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown Hug and Laugh at ‘Stranger Things’ Premiere Despite Harassment Claims
David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown shared a cheerful moment at the Stranger Things season 5 premiere in Los Angeles, arriving together on the red carpet.
The actors laughed, hugged, and posed for photos, showing a warm connection despite recent controversy. Brown, 21, plays Eleven on the series, while Harbour, 50, portrays her adoptive father, Jim Hopper.
Netflix shared a video of their entrance with the caption, “David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown arrive together for one last Stranger Things premiere 🥹.”

Their public display comes after a November 1 report from The Daily Mail revealed that Brown had filed a harassment and bullying lawsuit against Harbour, with the report describing “pages and pages of accusations.” A source told the outlet, “Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season. The investigation went on for months.”
Harbour and Brown have worked together since the first season began filming in Atlanta in September 2015, when Brown was just 11 years old. Both have previously spoken about their offscreen father-daughter dynamic. Brown, then 14, said at PaleyFest in Los Angeles in 2018, “We went through so many different emotions… we get angry at each other, we are like father and daughter.”
Harbour is also facing scrutiny outside of Stranger Things. His ex-wife, singer Lily Allen, released an album titled West End Girl, which discusses the end of their marriage and includes references to his infidelity.
On the song “Dallas Major,” Allen sings, “You know I used to be quite famous that was way back in the day / I probably should explain how my marriage has been open since my husband went astray.” Allen also hinted at Harbour being a s** addict in the shocking song titled P**** Palace.
