Denise Richards Fights To Block Ex Aaron Phypers From Her OnlyFans Earnings
Denise Richards is fighting to keep her bank account safe as her divorce from Aaron Phypers continues to get messy. The actress is currently asking a judge to make sure her ex-husband cannot touch any of the money she earns from her OnlyFans account. According to legal documents recently obtained by TMZ, Phypers has been trying to claim a large portion of her monthly earnings, which he estimates to be between $200,000 and $300,000.
Richards is arguing that Phypers should not be allowed to receive this money because he failed to follow the rules of the court. She claims he was supposed to file an updated declaration of his own income and expenses by a specific Friday deadline, but he missed it completely. Since he hasn’t filed the necessary paperwork, Richards is begging the court to deny his request for spousal support and a share of her digital income.
The battle over money has been going on for months, with Phypers making it very clear that he is currently struggling financially. He previously told the court that he has had no income since his wellness center closed in late 2024, yet he still has massive monthly expenses to cover. Richards, however, seems determined to protect her “hard-earned” money and believes her ex-husband’s failure to meet legal deadlines should end his pursuit of her funds.
The judge has not made a final decision on the matter yet, but the case has certainly added to what Richards has described as a very painful and difficult transition. She has been very open with her fans about how stressful the last year has been, even calling 2025 one of the most emotional years of her life. While the divorce moves forward, she has focused on moving on and finding her own clarity after feeling betrayed during the end of her six-year marriage.
As of early 2026, Denise Richards is not letting the legal drama stop her from staying busy in front of the camera. She recently made a return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a “friend of” for the current 15th season, where she has been sharing more about her side of the split with the other women. Although her standalone reality series, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, was canceled after just one season in 2025, she remains a fan favorite on the Bravo network.
Looking at her upcoming acting work, Richards is slated to appear in the independent drama A Walking Miracle, which is currently in production for a late 2026 release. She has also been a popular guest at various fan conventions, including a major appearance at the Supanova Comic Con in Australia scheduled for early 2026.
