Disney+ Reveals Three Exciting Marvel Releases Coming in October 2024
In terms of MCU movies, 2024 has been relatively quiet, with ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ as the sole release. However, the drought of Marvel content is set to end, as the streaming platform hosting the franchise has announced three exciting Marvel releases for October that fans can anticipate.
Fans can look forward to the upcoming episodes 4 through 9 of ‘Agatha All Along.’ Agatha’s journey along the Witches Road will continue, with hopes that she will find what she is searching for.
For younger Marvel fans, there’s ‘Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends’ (S3, 5 episodes). This animated series features three Spider-themed Marvel heroes: Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and Peter Parker, with other Marvel superheroes frequently appearing to assist them.
‘Spidey and His Amazing Friends’ airs on Disney Jr., and its third season began in January. Disney+ will add five episodes from Season 3 starting in October.
Lastly, we have ‘LEGO Marvel Avengers: Mission Demolition.’ This new animated special, like 2023’s ‘LEGO Marvel Avengers: Code Red,’ showcases LEGO versions of Marvel heroes, focusing on the lesser-known character Demolition Man (or D-Man).
D-Man, a wrestler with super strength and a costume that blends elements of Wolverine and early Daredevil, takes the spotlight as he fights crime. Further details, including the voice cast, are yet to be revealed. The special will be available on Disney+ on Friday, October 18.
