‘Euphoria’ Star Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun’s Venice Getaway Marks Their Most Public Romance Milestone Yet

The two also spent time seated closely together on the gondola, with Sweeney holding onto Braun’s arm as he placed a hand on her knee.

The couple’s relationship has followed a gradual arc toward increased visibility since those initial rumors first surfaced. Sweeney brought Braun as her date to the premiere of ‘Euphoria’ season three back in April, later confirming the relationship more directly by sharing a photo of the two of them from the premiere on her Instagram Stories.

Since then, the pair has continued sharing glimpses of their relationship across various outings, including trips to the Stagecoach Music Festival and a visit to Australia together. Sweeney has also reportedly spent time with Braun’s children, another sign that the relationship has continued deepening over the months since it first began.

This latest Venice trip appears to carry particular symbolic weight given the city’s role in how the relationship first started. Returning to the same location more than a year later, and displaying considerably more open affection than during their earliest sightings together, suggests the couple views the trip as something of a full-circle moment.

Sweeney is attending this year’s Venice Film Festival specifically in her role as a brand ambassador for Armani Beauty, which serves as the official beauty sponsor for the festival’s 83rd edition. That professional obligation appears to have doubled as an opportunity for the couple to enjoy a getaway together outside the usual demands of red carpet appearances.

Despite their high visibility together, Sweeney and Braun have not made an official red carpet debut as a couple, nor have they released any public statement confirming the specifics of their relationship status. Still, the frequency and openness of their public appearances together over the past several months paint a fairly clear picture of a relationship that continues gaining momentum.

With neither Sweeney nor Braun offering direct comment on their romance, fans are left to interpret each new set of photos as another data point in an increasingly public relationship. Given how much affection the two displayed during this latest Venice outing, it seems unlikely they’re planning to keep things private much longer.
