‘Fallout’ Season 2 Teaser Confirms December Release and a Trip to New Vegas, Season 3 Confirmed Ahead of Premiere
Fans of the Fallout TV series have something exciting to look forward to! A teaser trailer for Fallout Season 2 just dropped, well, sort of. The teaser wasn’t officially released through the usual channels. Instead, it popped up on Reddit after being shown at Upfront with Amazon, an event aimed at marketing professionals.
The teaser is short—just 33 seconds—and doesn’t reveal much that we didn’t already know. However, it does confirm one big detail: Season 2 will premiere in December 2025 on Amazon Prime.
The clip shows Lucy and The Ghoul standing on the edge of New Vegas, looking seriously at each other. The city looks just like the one from the beloved game Fallout: New Vegas. As one fan put it, “I too would look seriously at my companion if I happened to reach the outskirts of New Vegas, chiefly because I know there to be many deathclaws in the vicinity.”
The mention of deathclaws is no surprise. A showrunner had previously hinted that if the series got a second season, it would definitely include deathclaws. Now that Season 2 is confirmed, it’s likely we’ll see these iconic monsters roaming the wasteland.
It’s impressive how quickly this teaser came out. Season 2 just wrapped filming last week, and Walton Goggins (who plays The Ghoul) was seen removing his makeup right after the final shots. Meanwhile, Aaron Moten, who plays Maximus, mentioned that the current storyline is set up to possibly last five to six seasons.
With Season 2 set for December, it’s also not surprising that the show has already been renewed for season 3, taking into accountthe show’s popularity.
