After more than a decade on Netflix, Supernatural is getting ready to leave the platform in the United States. The long-running series has been available on Netflix since 2014 and became one of the service’s most rewatched shows over the years. Now, that chapter is coming to an end.

Supernatural originally aired on The WB and later The CW from 2005 to 2020. The show followed brothers Sam and Dean Winchester as they traveled across the country fighting demons, ghosts, and other dark forces. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles played the lead roles. The series lasted 15 seasons and wrapped up with its final episodes in 2020. Warner Bros. Television produced the show.

Netflix has confirmed that all 15 seasons will be removed from its U.S. library in December 2025. The last day to watch will be December 17, with the full removal happening just after midnight on December 18. The exit is part of a larger license expiration that also affects other CW shows like Arrow and The 100, according to Netflix.

Fans do not need to panic, though. The series will not disappear from streaming altogether. Peacock has listed Supernatural in its December 2025 schedule, with all seasons arriving on the service on December 22. Peacock has not yet shared whether the show will be limited to its paid tier or also available with ads.
