A new gag reel from Marvel’s Fantastic Four: First Steps has been shared, giving fans a fun behind-the-scenes look at the cast goofing around on set.

Entertainment Weekly released the video, showing stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn breaking character and sharing laughs during filming.

The film hit U.S. theaters in July, directed by Matt Shakman. Pascal stars as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch.

The story is set in a retro-futuristic 1960s and follows the team as they face the cosmic threat Galactus, played by Ralph Ineson. The movie also features Julia Garner, Sarah Niles, Mark Gatiss, Natasha Lyonne, and Paul Walter Hauser.

Marvel Studios produced the film, with distribution handled by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The screenplay was developed by Josh Friedman, Eric Pearson, and Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer.

Unlike previous Fantastic Four films, First Steps avoids retelling the team’s origin story. Production took place from July to November 2024 at Pinewood Studios in England and on location in Spain and England.

The film will be available digitally on September 23, and on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 14. Fans can now enjoy the gag reel as a preview of the cast’s playful energy behind the scenes.

Fantastic Four: First Steps marks the 37th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and kicked off Phase Six. It premiered at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles on July 21 and opened in U.S. theaters on July 25.

The movie received generally positive reviews and has grossed $518.9 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Fantastic Four film to date. A sequel is already in development.
