Marvel Studios has just dropped something truly fantastic, a video tour of the iconic Baxter Building, home of the Fantastic Four. And as if that wasn’t cool enough, the place has been listed on Zillow. That’s right, you can now check out the full listing for the Baxter Building, complete with all its superhero bells and whistles.

According to the listing, this super-powered skyscraper is located at 260 Baxter Building Plaza in New York, NY. It’s going for $4,444,444 and has, you guessed it, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a whopping 4,444 square feet of living space. The Zestimate® matches the asking price exactly, so you know it’s meant to be.

Marvel’s video gives fans a closer look inside the building, which they call “a remarkable residence that blends timeless design with the latest innovations from ReedTech.” The place is packed with all kinds of futuristic tech and clever design.

It’s got a kitchen where you can literally “flame on” thanks to an indoor barbecue, and a robotic assistant named H.E.R.B.I.E. who’s always ready to lend a hand. There’s even a rocket launch pad with a stunning view of the city, perfect for watching Johnny Storm light up the sky.

Of course, this isn’t just a home. The Baxter Building is also where Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm do their world-saving work. Multiple floors are packed with advanced labs and workshops where they’re constantly inventing new tech and taking science to the next level.

At the base of the building is the Future Foundation, which serves as both HQ and think tank for the team’s mission to share clean energy and push the boundaries of what’s possible. As the listing says, “Their mission: to deliver clean energy and elevate scientific progress around the globe.”

The place isn’t short on comfort either. There are cozy conversation pits, color TVs, indoor grilling stations, and furniture that’s literally fireproof. There’s even a garage that can handle the FantastiCar and a skyport if you’re flying in.

The team living here is just as legendary as the building itself. Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm are neighbors who know how to make an entrance.

All this excitement is building up to the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Marvel’s next big film. The movie hits theaters on July 25, 2025, and kicks off Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It’s directed by Matt Shakman and features Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn as the Fantastic Four, with Julia Garner, Natasha Lyonne, Paul Walter Hauser, and Ralph Ineson joining the cast.

In this new take, the story skips the origin tale and dives straight into the action. The team lives on a retro-futuristic version of Earth inspired by the 1960s, and they’re facing off against the massive, world-eating threat of Galactus and his cosmic herald, the Silver Surfer.

So, whether you’re looking to “own” a superhero’s dream home or just curious to see where the Fantastic Four hang their hats, the Baxter Building is worth a visit. Just don’t forget to watch the video tour in FantastiVision.
