Fast X: Vin Diesel Shares A Video With Shirtless Co-Star Jason Momoa On The Set
The tenth installment of the Fast & Furious saga, titled Fast X, is in its fifth week of production. Jason Momoa, a newcomer to the franchise who will play an unknown villain recently finished filming his parts in Italy, and now he and the franchise’s lead actor and the producer Vin Diesel are reunited as they continue the production.
In his recent post on Instagram, which was later reshared on YouTube by the Fast Family channel, Diesel shared a hilarious video in which Jason Momoa is lying shirtless on a car. Momoa expressed his excitement, saying he feels amazing and that it was the first day of filming with the two of them together. Momoa then took an opportunity to hilariously flex with a purple car his character will presumably drive in the movie.
Aquaman star Jason Momoa joined the franchise earlier this year. It was announced that he’ll play an unknown villain. During the first week of filming, Momoa was filming the scenes with co-star Charlize Theron, who returns as Cipher, a cyber-terrorist who was the main villain in the eighth movie, and the secondary antagonist in the ninth one.
Directed by Louis Leterrier, Fast X is set to be the penultimate movie of the franchise. The tenth and the upcoming eleventh installment are set to be the two-part finale of the main franchise, although the whole Fast & Furious saga will continue with spin-offs and other movies. These are making way too much money for Universal to be ended so soon.
Fast X is scheduled to be released on May 19, 2023.
