First Look at Mr. Fantastic and The Human Torch in ‘Marvel Rivals’ + New Game Mode Leaked!

‘Marvel Rivals’ is a third-person hero shooter game developed by NetEase Games in collaboration with Marvel Games. It was released on December 6, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. The game has received positive feedback so far, with an overwhelming number of players joining the action with their favorite characters.

Currently, the game features 33 Marvel characters, and it looks like many exciting updates are on the way.

A reliable leaker, @X0X_LEAK, has shared new information about ‘Marvel Rivals’ by digging into the game’s data. The leak reveals upcoming content, including new maps like Krakoa, Arakko, and New York.

New characters such as Mister Fantastic, Hit-Monkey, Captain Marvel, Valkyrie, and Deadpool are also expected. Additionally, some character team-ups are planned, including Squirrel Girl and Rocket Raccoon, Blade, Cloak and Dagger, and Moon Knight, as well as Wolverine, The Thing, and The Hulk.

The biggest leak, however, seems to be related to a completely new game mode that will be featured in the game: the famous “Capture the Flag” mode, and the objective is pretty clear.

Capture the Flag is a game mode where two teams compete to capture the other team’s flag and bring it back to their base. Each team tries to defend their flag while attempting to steal the opponent’s. The team that captures the most flags within a set time or reaches a certain number of captures wins.

Some of the most popular games with Capture the Flag mode include Halo, Call of Duty, and Fortnite, where players work in teams to steal the enemy’s flag while defending their own. This mode is often featured in shooters and strategy games, offering fast-paced action and team coordination.

In addition to the data leak, new character designs related to the aforementioned Human Torch and Mr. Fantastic have also been leaked.
