Fossil Unveils Star Wars ‘Mandalorian’ Watch Collection With Grogu Design That Plays Sounds
Fossil has joined forces with the Star Wars universe to release a limited watch collection inspired by The Mandalorian. The new drop includes two distinct timepieces that turn well-known characters into detailed wrist accessories. According to Fossil, the collection focuses on combining character-inspired design with functional watch engineering.
One of the watches, called the Everett Mandalorian, comes in a larger 42MM gunmetal stainless steel build. It uses a metal bracelet and is designed with strong visual references to Mandalorian armor. The dial includes layered elements inspired by beskar-style plating, along with glowing markers and design touches linked to iconic ship weaponry. The back of the watch also carries engraved artwork tied to the “Clan of Two,” giving it a collectible feel with story-driven details.

The second piece is the Neutra Grogu watch, which takes a different approach in both size and style. It features a smaller 38MM silver case paired with a soft suede strap. Its design is centered around Grogu, using green tones on the dial and luminous accents for visibility. The exterior includes subtle texture details that reflect elements of the character’s transport pod, giving it a softer and more playful look compared to the Mandalorian version.

Both watches are released as numbered limited editions and come in special collector packaging. The boxes include extra items such as pins and certificates. They also include sound features connected to the characters. One plays the well-known line “This is the way,” while the Grogu version includes a short audio moment followed by his recognizable giggle.
Fossil confirmed that the collection will be available starting May 4 through its official online store and selected retail locations.
The idea clearly targets fans who enjoy detailed collectibles as much as practical accessories. The addition of sound features makes the release stand out, but it also pushes the line between fashion item and novelty product.
