Frozen’s Arendelle Is Getting Its First Christmas at Disneyland Paris

Christmas is coming to Arendelle for the first time, and Disneyland Paris is going all in. World of Frozen, the newest major land at Disney Adventure World, is getting a full holiday makeover this year. Fans visiting the resort between November 7 and January 6 will be able to see Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff in a version of Arendelle that has never been seen before at the resort.

The timing makes this Christmas celebration especially exciting. World of Frozen only opened in March, so this will be the first holiday season since the land arrived at Disneyland Paris. That means guests have never had the chance to see its colorful buildings, frozen landscapes, and Arendelle Bay covered in Christmas decorations. Disneyland Paris has now confirmed that the land will become part of its annual Disney Enchanted Christmas program, giving Frozen fans a brand-new reason to visit during the winter season.

One of the biggest additions will be a new musical experience featuring Olaf and a Christmas choir. Called Arendelle Carollers, the performance will last around 15 minutes and will bring the village to life with holiday music. The celebration will include songs from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, including “Ring in the Season” and “When We’re Together.” The biggest moment comes when Queen Anna and Queen Elsa arrive in their new holiday outfits, with snow falling across Arendelle to complete the scene.

Disneyland Paris is also introducing another new event that puts Anna and Elsa at the center of the action. Ring in the Season with Anna and Elsa will take place at Arendelle Bay and run several times throughout the day. The short celebration will last around seven minutes, with the sisters appearing in new winter costumes. The resort has not revealed every detail about the performance yet, but the event is clearly being designed as one of the main attractions of the Christmas season in World of Frozen.

The holiday makeover will not stop with the shows. Disneyland Paris is planning to transform the entire land with Christmas decorations inspired by Nordic traditions and craftsmanship. Guests will find new ornaments around the village, seasonal details added to the colorful buildings, and decorations that fit the Scandinavian look of Arendelle. A Christmas tree will also appear at the entrance to World of Frozen, creating a completely new welcome for guests arriving during the festive season.

There will also be more opportunities to meet the characters. Kristoff is joining Anna, Elsa, and Olaf for character encounters during the Christmas celebration. That means visitors will have more chances to see the Frozen favorites up close while exploring the land. With the decorations, new shows, costumes, music, snow, and character appearances all coming together, Disneyland Paris is treating this as a major seasonal event rather than simply adding a few Christmas decorations.

The new Frozen celebration is part of the larger Disney Enchanted Christmas program taking place across Disneyland Paris. Disneyland Park will continue some of its biggest holiday traditions, including Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade and the huge 24-meter Christmas tree on Main Street, U.S.A. The resort will also celebrate New Year’s Eve on December 31, with both parks hosting special events featuring Disney characters and nighttime entertainment.

For World of Frozen, however, this is a completely new chapter. The land has already become an important part of Disney Adventure World, and its first Christmas gives Disneyland Paris the chance to show it in a totally different way. The familiar streets of Arendelle will have a winter holiday atmosphere, while Anna and Elsa will take part in celebrations created specifically for the season.

For Frozen fans, this could easily become one of the biggest reasons to visit Disneyland Paris this winter. World of Frozen is finally getting its first Christmas, and with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, Christmas music, new costumes, decorations, and even falling snow, Arendelle is about to become one of the most festive places in the resort.
