Gal Gadot took fans on a tropical escape with her latest Costa Rica vacation photos, showing off a minimalist black microtop that perfectly matched the sun-soaked scenery.

During her getaway, Gadot embraced the “Pura Vida” lifestyle, enjoying quiet moments by the Pacific and sunset horseback rides. My heart is full, Costa Rica, I love you, she wrote alongside her posts, marking another year returning to the Central American country as a peaceful retreat for herself and her family.

Her choice of a simple, breathable top reflected her “less is more” approach, keeping comfort at the forefront while still looking chic.

This downtime comes as Gadot continues to expand her career beyond the Amazonian armor of Wonder Woman. She recently reflected on this transition, saying, I’ve been so busy for so long that I forgot how to just be. Now, I’m learning to choose the things that really move me, the projects that feel vital and new.

One standout project has been her role as the Evil Queen in Disney’s live-action Snow White, released in 2025. She starred alongside Rachel Zegler, exploring a villainous persona that critics praised as a refreshing departure from her usual heroic roles. It was so delicious and so different from anything I’ve ever done, Gadot shared. I had to find the humanity in the vanity, which was a fascinating challenge.

Gadot also premiered In the Hand of Dante at the 2025 Venice Film Festival, a crime drama directed by Julian Schnabel. In the film, she takes on dual roles, Giulietta and Gemma Donati, alongside Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, and Gerard Butler. The film dives into both historical and modern interpretations of Dante Alighieri’s legacy, featuring Martin Scorsese in a rare acting role.

Looking ahead to 2026, Gadot is leading the action thriller The Runner, directed by Kevin Macdonald for Amazon International. She plays a high-powered attorney racing through London to save her kidnapped son. She is also developing The Recovery Agent, based on a bestselling book series, where she stars as Gabriela Rose, an adventurous and daring protagonist.

On top of her acting, Gadot was named the 2026 Genesis Prize Laureate, often called the “Jewish Nobel.” She plans to donate the $1 million award to organizations supporting communities in Israel. I am a proud Jew and a proud Israeli, she said during the announcement. I want to use this platform to foster compassion and help those who are working on the front lines of healing.

At forty, Gadot balances her career as an actress, producer through Pilot Wave, mother of four, and global ambassador for Louis Vuitton. From her beginnings as a fitness instructor in the IDF to her rise as a global icon, she continues to combine strength, elegance, and authenticity. Whether she is enjoying a microtop in Costa Rica or starring in high-profile films, she remains a symbol of poise and versatility.

Gal’s Costa Rica escape proves she can be both approachable and glamorous, showing fans a softer side without losing her signature style. What do you think of Gal’s tropical look, and which of her 2026 projects are you most excited to see? Share your thoughts in the comments.
