‘Ghosted’ Star Ana de Armas Turns Heads in Paris With a Buckled Leather Louis Vuitton Look
Paris Fashion Week saved some of its biggest star power for the final night, and Ana de Armas made sure she was part of it. The Cuban-Spanish actress, a Louis Vuitton house ambassador, spent several days in the French capital moving between the brand’s private events and its runway show.
The 38-year-old’s busy schedule began on Monday, October 5, at a private Louis Vuitton dinner. She joined a guest list that included Emma Stone, Chloë Grace Moretz, Sophie Thatcher, Alana and Danielle Haim, and Jaden Smith, wearing a sparkling beige sequined top, a black leather mini skirt, and knee-high boots.
On Tuesday, October 6, she arrived at the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 show in an all-black leather look, and new portraits from that day quickly spread online, with fans praising her Paris style.
De Armas wore a sharply tailored black leather blazer dress from Nicolas Ghesquière’s Resort 2027 collection for the house. The piece had strong padded shoulders, wide peak lapels, and a deep V-neckline.
The details set it apart. The side panels had cut-outs laced with thick tan leather straps threaded through silver D-ring buckles, giving the polished tailoring a harness-inspired edge. She was styled by longtime collaborator Samantha McMillen. Her soft, tousled waves and delicate layered necklace kept the look from feeling too severe.

De Armas carried the leather theme all the way down with Louis Vuitton’s Donna High Boots. The knee-high black calf-leather boots have a 1970s-inspired tubular shape and a leather-covered block heel, and they retail for $2,480.
For a pop of color, she carried a small glossy burgundy Louis Vuitton Multipass Mini bag on a gold chain strap. The deep red added contrast without breaking the dark, moody palette. Leather, strong shoulders and dramatic necklines have shown up again and again on celebrity guests this Paris Fashion Week. De Armas put her own sleek spin on the trend.

The show took place at the Louvre’s Cour Carrée and closed out the week. De Armas sat among fellow ambassadors and celebrity guests including Zendaya, Emma Stone, Saoirse Ronan and BLACKPINK’s Lisa. She also arrived with her boyfriend, Venezuelan singer Beto Montenegro. The pair were photographed leaving their hotel together before heading to the presentation.
De Armas has been one of the house’s most visible faces this year. Months before Paris Fashion Week, she fronted Louis Vuitton’s ‘Mythica’ high jewelry campaign, wearing a sleek black leather dress that let pieces set with aquamarines and topazes take center stage.

She has also been a regular at the label’s shows, including the Spring/Summer 2025 presentation. Her repeated appearances show how closely she has become tied to Ghesquière’s vision.
Away from fashion, de Armas has built a career known for range. Her credits include ‘Knives Out’, ‘Blade Runner 2049’, ‘No Time to Die’, ‘Blonde’, ‘Ballerina’ and ‘Eden’. That mix of blockbuster action and prestige drama has made her one of Hollywood’s busiest stars. Paris showed that her red carpet presence remains just as strong.
