Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: New BTS Images Reveal Star-Lord and Nebula In Their New Outfits

James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is in production, and it’s interesting that we didn’t get a lot of on-set images from the movie ever since the movie started filming last November. It is expected that the production will be wrapped this month, and today we got something interesting from the set.

New on-set images that recently surfaced on social media are showing us Chris Pratt and Karen Gillian, who play Star-Lord and Nebula, respectively, in their new comic-accurate outfits. We can see they’re still wearing Ravagers emblem on their suits. Ravagers had a big role in the first two Guardians movies, so it’s expected that that won’t change in the upcoming third movie. Maybe there’s no more Michael Rooker’s Yondu, but Sylvester Stallone’s Stakar is confirmed to return after having a minor role in Vol. 2

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set to conclude the trilogy and it will be the final Marvel movie for James Gunn and presumably some of the stars. It’s not known what will happen to this team after Vol. 3, but Gunn confirmed this movie will bid farewell to the current team. So, if Vol. 4 ever happens, we can expect huge changes in the line-up.

Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, and Sylvester Stallone are all returning to reprise their roles from the previous two movies. Will Poulter joined the film in the role of Adam Warlock, and Chukwudi Iwuji, who worked with Gunn on the Peacemaker series, also joined in an undisclosed role.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set to premiere on May 5, 2023.
