Not even 24 hours since he was named Adam Warlock for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Will Poulter wrote a thank-you note to James Gunn on Twitter, sharing his excitement for playing the role.

After Deadline reported the news about casting, Gunn confirmed it on his Twitter account, and Poulter replied to him that he’s ready for the challenges this role will bring to him. You can check the tweet below:

Written and directed by James Gunn, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will conclude the one more MCU trilogy. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Karen Gillian, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, and Elizabeth Debicki are all set to reprise their roles from the previous Guardians of the Galaxy movies.
