Can anything kill Michael Myers? Or he’s not even human enough anymore to be killed?

Fans of the Halloween franchise remember how the 2018 movie finished. Jamie Lee Curtis’ Laurie Strode locked him up in the basement of the house, hoping that the fire would finish Michael off once and for all. But, of course, it never goes as planned. Michael will manage to get out and make another long bloody trail.

The newly released featurette shows us the part of the scene how will Michael get out of the fire and almost immediately create another massacre.

Official synopsis of the movie:

Minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie’s basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor. But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie’s trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.

Halloween Kills will premiere in theaters and on Peacock on October 15, this Friday.

He calls them "the four rulers of the fantasy genre." He loves to write about anything spawned from those franchises (books, games, movies...), as well as anything branded with the Marvel or DC logo. Video games and their adaptations are also something he follows faithfully since he's a big fan of story-driven single-player games like Assassin's Creed, The Last of Us, Uncharted, etc. His favorite video game ever is Red Dead Redemption 2.
