‘Happy Hours’ Star Katie Holmes (47) and Boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky Take Their Fashion Month Romance to Paris
Fashion month is usually about the runways, but Katie Holmes and her boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky have turned it into a whirlwind romantic tour. For an actress who has kept her love life largely private for years, this season has been an unusually public one.
The 47-year-old star, known for ‘Poker Face’ and ‘Happy Hours’, has been traveling from city to city with the artist, who is 8 years her junior. Their journey started in New York, moved on to Milan, and has now landed in Paris.
The latest stop came on Monday evening in the French capital. Holmes and Yarmosky arrived hand in hand at a party hosted by fashion figure Carine Roitfeld at the restaurant Le Prunier.
Holmes kept her look sleek and understated, pairing a black blazer and black top with a flowing white skirt and a bright orange-red tote bag. Yarmosky opted for classic evening style in a black sweater and gray trousers, and the pair looked relaxed and happy as they posed beneath warm, glowing lights.
The Paris outing seemed to confirm what fans had already noticed throughout the month. The couple has been practically inseparable. Before Paris, the couple made headlines in Milan. On September 25, they held hands during a night out at the Tod’s show, coordinating in matching muted tones.
Holmes wore a classic trench coat with loafers, a look that one fashion outlet called the perfect tribute to fall style. She also paired her outfit with white, proving celebrities no longer follow the old “no white after Labor Day” rule.
The couple’s fashion month began in New York, where Holmes brought her boyfriend along to New York Fashion Week. She also stepped out at the US Open in a white crewneck sweater, black trousers and leather loafers.
Just days before heading to Milan, the pair enjoyed a night out at the Metropolitan Opera’s opening night premiere of ‘Macbeth’ on September 22. Earlier, in August, they posed together at the Guild Hall Summer Gala, where Holmes wore a strapless white dress.
Yarmosky’s background as an artist makes these fashion week appearances feel like a natural fit. Their shared creative interests seem to be a strong part of their connection. Holmes, meanwhile, has long been a regular at Paris Fashion Week. In a previous season, she attended the Zimmermann show and told ELLE that she was proud of the women behind the brand, which is one of the few big labels run by women.
This isn’t the first time Holmes has brought a partner to Paris. In 2022, she sat front row at the Chloé show with then-boyfriend Bobby Wooten III, though the pair later split after 8 months. This time, things appear to be moving at a comfortable pace. Holmes and Yarmosky have been happy to share their romance in public, while still keeping most of their private life to themselves.
Beyond fashion month, Holmes has had a busy few years professionally. She starred in Broadway’s ‘Our Town’ and appeared in the second season of ‘Poker Face’ alongside Natasha Lyonne.
With her career thriving and her relationship clearly going strong, Holmes seems to be enjoying every moment. Judging by their Paris appearance, she and Yarmosky are far from finished with their fashion week adventures.
