Hulu Reveals Details About Upcoming ‘Alien: Earth’ Series, First Character Images

Noah Hawley’s Alien: Earth series is going to premiere on August 12, 2025 on Hulu, and the series will explore a new, possibly grimer side of the franchise, as the Xenomorphs are coming to Earth.

The series will star Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, and several others, like Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, and Adrian Edmondson. They will be joined by Richa Moorjani, Karen Aldridge, Enzo Cilenti, Max Rinehart, Amir Boutrous, Victoria Masoma, Tom Moya, Andy Yu, Michael Smiley, Jamie Bisping, and Tanapol Chuksrida.

Now, three months before the premiere, Hulu has revealed some new details and the first images from the upcoming series.

The series will start off with a double episode premiere on August 12, 2025, as has been confirmed. The series will have eight episodes in total and will be set two years before the first Alien film, thus continuing the tradition of Romulus, which has taken the franchise back to its roots.
