Jane Seymour is proving that age is just a number. At 75, the actress is still impressing fans with her fit and toned body. Recently, she shared a home Pilates workout on TikTok that left viewers amazed. In the video, Seymour, known for her iconic red hair, performed a series of stretches and exercises while smiling at the camera, showing off her sculpted abs in a black workout outfit.
The clip featured several exercises. Seymour started by leaning forward while holding a Pilates frame to stretch her arms and shoulders. She then used a reformer with a resistance band above her knees, pressing upward while lifting weights over her head. Another move showed her stretching her leg behind her while leaning forward, highlighting her flexibility, and she finished with neck stretches.
