Jennifer Aniston says staying strong does not require long hours in the gym. The actress recently shared that some of her workouts take as little as 10 to 15 minutes.

Aniston spoke about a new short workout series she released through the fitness platform Pvolve. The program is available through the brand’s on-demand streaming service and focuses on quick sessions designed to build strength and stability.

Aniston said short bursts of exercise are part of her normal routine. “There are days when I only have 10 minutes — and I take them,” she told Page Six Style. “I love a little movement snack — it’s how you build strength that lasts.”

The workouts are designed to combine several types of training in one short session. Instead of focusing on just one area, the exercises mix strength work with mobility and balance.

Aniston explained why that makes the short routines effective. “What makes those 15 minutes powerful is that you’re not just doing one thing. With Pvolve, you’re building strength, mobility and stability all at once.”

The actress has been working with Pvolve for several years, but the new express workout series marks the first time she has created classes with her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, for the platform. The sessions are part of the company’s growing streaming library, which includes more than 1,800 workouts developed by trainers.

To follow the workouts at home, users typically need a few pieces of the brand’s equipment, including resistance bands and weighted balls. These tools are commonly used in Pvolve classes to help target different muscle groups while keeping movements controlled.

Aniston first connected with the company in 2023 after being introduced to Coleman through a mutual contact. According to Coleman, their first training session involved a full-body routine using several pieces of Pvolve gear. The trainer later shared that Aniston began using the streaming workouts regularly before moving into private sessions.

The actress says she keeps returning to the same routines because they produce results. In a statement about the program, she said, “These are the exact workouts I come back to because they work.”

Aniston has long been known for her toned arms and strong core, something fans have talked about since her years on the sitcom Friends. Even now, she continues to show that short but consistent workouts can help maintain strength over time.

Aniston’s approach is interesting because it shows that fitness does not always need to be complicated or time-consuming. Many people struggle to find hours for the gym, so shorter workouts could be a realistic option for staying active. What do you think about Jennifer Aniston’s quick workout routine?
