Jennifer Lopez made a high-profile appearance in Los Angeles as she stepped out for the Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios Pre-Golden Globes party.

The event took place at Bar Marmont on Saturday night, just one day before the 2026 Golden Globes ceremony. Lopez arrived wrapped in a fur coat as she walked the carpet, standing out among the many celebrities in attendance.

The singer and actress, who is 56, later shared moments from the night on social media. In photos posted before she headed to the party, Lopez wrote, “Globes weekend ❤️🖤.” The images quickly caught fans’ attention and confirmed her excitement ahead of the awards weekend. The source of the photos and caption was Lopez’s official Instagram account.

For the night, Lopez wore a couture gown designed by Zuhair Murad, paired with jewelry by Sabyasachi. Fashion details were shared by event coverage and stylist notes following the party. Her look fit right in with the glamorous tone of the evening, which is known for bringing together major stars from film, music, and television.

Lopez has a long history with the Golden Globes. Earlier in her career, she received a nomination for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for Selena. Years later, she earned another nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Hustlers. While she was not nominated this year, her presence remained a highlight of the pre-awards events.

Outside of awards season, Lopez has stayed busy. She recently kicked off her Up All Night Live residency in Las Vegas, performing the first shows of the run at Caesars Palace. The residency follows her return to touring in 2025, when she performed across Africa, Asia, and Europe. On her 56th birthday last July, she also released a new single titled “Birthday.”

Lopez continues to balance music and acting. In 2025, she starred in and co-executive produced Kiss of the Spider Woman, a musical drama directed by Bill Condon. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and received positive feedback for her performance. She also made a brief appearance in Anaconda, a reboot of the 1997 film.

Looking ahead, Lopez has several projects lined up with Netflix. She is set to star in and produce Office Romance alongside Brett Goldstein. She is also involved in adaptations of Happy Place, The Cipher, and The Last Mrs. Parrish, continuing her work both in front of and behind the camera.

Jennifer Lopez remains one of the most consistent stars in Hollywood. Whether she is on stage, on screen, or on the red carpet, she knows how to keep attention on her work and her style.
