Cash Warren has officially filed to finalize his divorce from Jessica Alba, more than two years after the couple separated. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE and filed on Friday, February 13, the divorce is uncontested, and neither party will pay spousal support. Warren is now seeking final approval from the court to officially end their marriage.

Alba, 44, and Warren share three children: daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and son Hayes, 8. The Honest Company co-founder first filed for divorce in January 2025, following their separation in 2024. The couple had been married for 16 years.

The pair originally met on the set of Fantastic Four in Vancouver back in 2004, where Alba played Sue Storm and Warren worked as a director’s assistant. Their relationship blossomed, and they married on May 19, 2008.

Despite their split, Alba and Warren appear to maintain a strong co-parenting relationship.

Alba recently shared a heartfelt tribute to Warren on Instagram for Father’s Day. “Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren. Our babies couldn’t have a better dad — warm, kind, present, always knowing just what to say,” she wrote. She added, “I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them. Making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock 🫶🏽.”

Since the separation, Alba has started a new chapter in her personal life. She has been dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33, since July 2025. Rumors of their romance began when the pair were photographed returning to Los Angeles together from Cancún and were later spotted enjoying several other outings that same month.

The couple has continued to be seen together publicly, including during a vacation in Australia in October 2025. Alba later shared photos of Ramirez on Instagram to ring in the new year in January.

Even as Alba moves forward in her personal life, her co-parenting with Warren remains a priority. The two have focused on maintaining stability and warmth for their children, balancing their private family moments with the public’s attention.

With Cash Warren now seeking the final court approval, the end of their 16-year marriage is officially in sight. Fans have watched the couple handle their separation gracefully, showing mutual respect while embracing new chapters in their lives.
