A recently leaked video has ignited a firestorm on the set of an upcoming action film starring Jonathan Majors, capturing a hazardous moment where the actor and a colleague crashed through a window.

The footage published by Deadline shows Majors and co-star JC Kilcoyne falling approximately six feet to the ground after a glass panel unexpectedly gave way. While the Creed III star reportedly walked away without injury, sources indicate that Kilcoyne was less fortunate, requiring multiple stitches for extensive cuts on his hands.

This accident appears to have been the final straw for the production’s crew, who launched a strike in South Carolina on March 26. Members of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) have pointed to the fall as proof of a negligent environment, alleging that the glass had been loosened for a future stunt without informing the actors.

Tensions have escalated beyond safety protocols, with workers also raising alarms about the discovery of black mold at filming locations and the presence of a special effects supervisor with a past criminal record involving explosives.

The response from the film’s production team has been notably combative rather than conciliatory. Dallas Sonnier, a producer for Bonfire Legend, dismissed the significance of the accident and the subsequent labor walkout with a biting public statement.

He mocked the severity of the fall and the credibility of the union representatives, remarking, “The actors’ fall was shorter than the failed movie careers of the now-union reps.” He further characterized the strike as an attempt at sabotage, explicitly stating that the production would not engage in negotiations.

Following his removal from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he was positioned as the central antagonist Kang the Conqueror, the actor has sought opportunities within independent and alternative media spaces.

He is currently fulfilling the requirements of a court-mandated domestic violence intervention program while attempting to re-establish his career through this 1980s-inspired action narrative. Despite the current on-set turmoil, Majors has expressed a continued openness to returning to mainstream studio work, though no such offers have been publicly reported.

His personal life has also remained a subject of media interest, particularly his ongoing relationship with actress Meagan Good, whom he has credited as a major source of support during his transition.

Outside of the Daily Wire production, he has recently been involved in voice work for smaller independent projects and has been seen attending various industry events in Los Angeles to maintain a public presence.

As the labor dispute continues, the future of the film’s schedule remains uncertain, though the producers have signaled their intent to continue filming with replacement workers. The industry is closely monitoring the situation to see if the production will eventually align with union standards or continue its defiant stance.
