Karol G turned heads at the 2026 Grammy Awards with a bold and unforgettable red carpet look that had fans talking all night. The Colombian superstar arrived at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 1 wearing a fully sheer blue lace gown by Paolo Sebastian.

The dress featured off-the-shoulder sleeves, a long fringed train, and a boho-mermaid vibe that perfectly showcased her confidence and style. She completed the ensemble with Gianvito Rossi heels, sparkling Jacob & Co. jewelry, and her signature blonde waves flowing freely.

The night was especially meaningful for the 34-year-old singer, who was nominated for Best Latin Pop Album for her fifth studio project, Tropicoqueta. The album, which debuted at number one on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart, faced tough competition from Alejandro Sanz, Andrés Cepeda, and eventual winner Natalia Lafourcade.

Even though she didn’t take home the award, the nomination reflects a record-breaking year for Karol G. According to Billboard, the album achieved the largest U.S. streaming week ever for a Latin album by a woman.

Karol’s Grammys appearance comes amid personal changes as well. TMZ reports that she and fellow artist Feid quietly ended their three-year relationship a few months ago, but they remain on good terms.

The two collaborated on her hit track “Verano Rosa,” which blends their shared Colombian roots. Despite the breakup, Karol has stayed focused on her career, building on recent accolades, including two 2025 Latin Grammy wins.
