Kate Hudson turned heads at the New York City premiere of her new film, “Song Sung Blue,” on Thursday night. She attended the event alongside her mother, Goldie Hawn, and others.

The actress wore a striking green Valentino gown with a plunging neckline and a silky sash at the waist.

The dress mixed shades of lime and chartreuse and flowed into a subtle train as she walked the red carpet. Over the gown, Hudson added a soft pink, semi-sheer cape with a velvety black collar, inspired by Valentino’s spring 2026 collection. She accessorized with delicate earrings by Mindi Mond.

Hudson kept her beauty look simple and elegant. Her makeup featured bold brows, lightly lined eyes, and a soft glossy lip. Her hair was styled in a slicked-back bun, a trend popular in 2025, giving her overall look a polished finish. She posed for photos with her mom, Goldie Hawn, who wore a sparkling black ensemble with glittering accents.

This premiere continues Hudson’s stylish promotional tour for “Song Sung Blue.” In recent appearances, she has showcased looks from designers such as Fendi, Stella McCartney, and Vera Wang.

Directed by Craig Brewer, “Song Sung Blue” stars Hudson and Hugh Jackman as Claire and Mike, a couple who form a Neil Diamond tribute band. The film explores their journey through success and hardship. The movie is set to hit theaters on December 25.
