Katy Perry’s new video for her song “Bandaids” looks like pure chaos from start to finish. In a short preview released ahead of the song’s debut, the pop star finds herself in one messy situation after another, turning what seems like a fun shoot into total mayhem.

The clip shows Katy going through a series of accidents that could make anyone wince. She’s seen getting her hand stuck in a kitchen sink, falling from a tree after cutting the wrong branch, and even tripping on an escalator.

Later, she sits outside a café when the windows suddenly burst, sending glass flying everywhere. It doesn’t stop there — she also gets shocked by electricity, hit by a falling object, and finally causes an explosion after lighting a cigarette.

Fans who saw the preview couldn’t help but compare it to the Final Destination movies because of the over-the-top chain of disasters. Many said online that they loved the wild concept and were excited to see the full video.

Both the “Bandaids” song and video will drop on Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. The release marks Katy’s first new music since her album 143, which came out last September. That record opened at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart and included the singles “Woman’s World,” “Lifetimes,” and “I’m His, He’s Mine” featuring Doechii. Billboard also reported that it’s not yet clear if “Bandaids” will be a standalone single or part of a new project.
