Kendall Jenner Opens Up About All Her Cosmetic Procedures in Candid Plastic Surgery Reveal
Kendall Jenner is opening up about the rumors surrounding her changing appearance and cosmetic treatments. The 30-year-old model spoke honestly on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast, addressing claims that she has undergone major plastic surgery.
“When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there’s no convincing them otherwise. I’m not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven’t had — there’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction,” Jenner said. She firmly denied having any surgery on her face. “I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. I’ve never had any work done.”
Jenner admitted that she often sees people online claiming she has had a nose job. “I will say the nose job allegations I’ve gotten, I would believe them if it wasn’t me. I look at old photos of me, and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I’ve had a nose job,’” she explained.
She credited the subtle changes in her nose to growing into her features naturally and using Accutane for acne, which she said can sometimes make a nose appear smaller by reducing oil gland size.
The model also revealed that she had tried “baby Botox” in her forehead twice but decided she preferred her natural look. “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” she said. “I consider [getting it again] sometimes, but then I’m, like, ‘My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.’”
Jenner confirmed she has had some skin treatments, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy and microneedling, to manage her long-standing issues with cystic acne. “I’ll still get breakouts and stuff, but nothing like what it was,” she said. “I got really lucky and, obviously, I’m extremely privileged and have such amazing access to the best doctors and the best dermatologists and all those kinds of things. I’ve been really lucky in the knowledge that I’ve received from these people [to help].”
Despite her fame, Jenner admitted she still struggles with insecurities like anyone else. “I want to give myself grace every day for the things that might bother [me],” she said. “But I also think as I get older, the less of a f**** I give.”
Kendall Jenner has been one of the most successful models in the world for years. She made her Forbes debut in 2015 at number 16 on the top-earning models list, with an estimated $4 million annual income.
By 2017, Forbes named her the world’s highest-paid model, ending Gisele Bündchen’s 14-year streak. Jenner has also worked as the creative director for FWRD, starred in campaigns for By Far, Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
On the personal front, Jenner has had high-profile relationships, including with Harry Styles, NBA players Ben Simmons and Devin Booker, and most recently, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, with whom she dated from February 2023 to September 2024.
Jenner’s transparency shows that even the world’s most famous models deal with rumors and self-image concerns. Her honest take on cosmetic procedures and skin care highlights the balance she’s found between professional demands and personal confidence.
